In terms of gains, rubber, caustic soda, No. 20 glue rose nearly 2%, and pulp rose more than 1%.

The main contracts for chemical futures fell across the board, with glass falling by more than 3%, soda ash by nearly 3%, PTA and bottle tablets by more than 2%, and rubber, synthetic rubber, and PVC by nearly 1%.
